Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated buyer's agent to join our team at Team Gabriel at Coldwell Banker. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the home buying process, from initial contact to final sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate showings and open houses for prospective buyers
  • Provide clients with valuable insights into the local housing market
  • Assist clients with budgeting and mortgage options
  • Negotiate property sales between buyer and seller or listing agent
  • Prepare and manage documents for the sale, including representation contracts and closing statements
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
