Job Summary

The Allocation Planner is a key role within our team, responsible for developing and implementing allocation strategies to support preseason and in-season initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate sales performance and emerging trends to inform allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain allocation strategies to support preseason and in-season initiatives
  • Evaluate sales performance and emerging trends to inform allocation decisions
  • Provide weekly visibility of current performance and trends to leadership
  • Research and respond to product-level inventory concerns from stores
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • 1-2 years equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Efficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail math and software experience, a plus
