Position Overview

Work Schedule
- 34 hours per week, available shifts from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.
- Enjoy an exceptional work-life balance with no administrative duties and no on-call responsibilities.
- All appointments are scheduled, ensuring no late hours spent managing patient backlogs.

Compensation Details
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities and shift differentials.
- This salary translates to approximately $70 - $79 per hour.
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance up to $10,000.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including preventive care, diagnostic assessments for illnesses and injuries, wellness examinations, and various procedures.
- Operate within modern neighborhood clinics, utilizing a well-structured practice model.
- Deliver evidence-based medical care with confidence, having immediate access to a supervising Physician.

Qualifications
- For Physician Assistants: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification.
- For Family Nurse Practitioners: Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency settings.
- Experience treating patients across all age groups.
- Must qualify for participation in the Medicare program and demonstrate 2000 hours of relevant work experience at the time of the job offer.

Working Conditions

- Must be fit-tested for an N-95 mask and maintain a clean-shaven face for proper seal during fit testing or mask usage.
- Compliance with mask-wearing protocols as necessary.
- Commitment to employee and patient safety, requiring all patient-facing staff to receive necessary vaccinations, including but not limited to Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella, TD/TDAP, and COVID-19.
- Medical and religious exemptions or reasonable accommodations may be available.
