Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive health care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialty consultations or difficult problems.
- Document all patient care in accordance with accepted medical and legal standards.
- Graduate of an ANA-approved NP training program or equivalent requirements to meet State Licensure.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse within 6 months of hire.
- Nurse Practitioner License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) within 6 months of hire.

- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Nurse Practitioner National Certificate from American Association for Nurse Practitioners.
- Drug Enforcement Administration Registration.
