Job Description

This leadership role comes with unique opportunities, including significant professional growth and flexibility to support clients via telehealth, up to 75%. As a key member of our Salt Lake City team, you will receive 1:1 mentorship and collaborate with like-minded clinicians nationwide to foster your personal and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and experience in direct program implementation, staff supervision, and training delivery. A master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
  • Serve as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities, developing individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Inform clients of behavior plans and goals, monitor progress, and communicate frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs.
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff.
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical projects.
  • Model program implementation for caregivers and staff.
  • Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings as needed.

Mentoring Opportunities:

  • Oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups.
  • Deliver Quarterly Performance Reviews.
  • Act as Responsible Supervisor for mentees enrolled in BACB coursework.
  • Provide individualized mentorship to mentees.
