ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Golden Touch ABA.

This is a competitive opportunity for a dedicated professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to work with individuals with autism.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement ABA curriculum plans, reviewing and updating them regularly.
• Develop behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Maintain open communication with treatment teams, families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

We require:

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensure with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
• A minimum of two years' experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
