Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Sonrava Health. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet patients in a timely and professional manner, introduce them to the office, and coordinate treatment services.
  • Coordinate Treatment Services: Schedule appointments, communicate with patients about recommended treatments, and discuss cost and insurance options.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and provide opportunities for new or alternative treatments.
  • Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Sales, Customer Service, or Related Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak Spanish.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to positively handle patient concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
