Key Responsibilities:

If you are a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships with clients, working independently, and ensuring the safety and health of both residential and commercial properties, this role is ideal for you.

  • Complete our industry-leading, company-sponsored two-month training program
  • Assist residential and commercial clients with pest management challenges
  • Conduct thorough inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and both the interior and exterior of properties
  • Identify wildlife and rodent damage and perform light carpentry for animal exclusion
  • Set traps and baits for wildlife capture and removal
  • Comfortably use ladders and lifts as needed
  • Properly utilize and maintain Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
  • Perform air sealing and install insulation systems including blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam
  • Conduct blower door tests and install equipment to ensure airtight conditions in attics, garages, and roofs

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the job and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations, as well as obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored):

  • Safely use ladders or lifts within the manufacturer's weight limits
  • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas safely
  • Comfortable using carpentry tools
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Salary Range: $30.00 per hour
