Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations within our office center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective client onboarding procedures.
  • Plan and execute engaging events and activities to foster a sense of community among clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure up-to-date client information.
  • Provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills to resolve client issues and answer questions promptly.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all aspects of the office center run smoothly, from managing inventory and supplies to processing invoices and distributing mail. A strong focus on teamwork, adaptability, and self-motivation is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative, hospitality, or office management position.
  • Knowledge of invoice and accounting software a strong plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20,600 - $22,170 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, we provide benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.
