Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales to ensure sales forecast data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze sales forecasts and projects to develop a production strategy that meets customer demands.
- Engage with the sales team to exchange information on customer needs and upcoming projects.
- Work alongside Supply Chain colleagues to implement a production plan that aligns with customer requirements while optimizing our production capabilities.
- Keep management informed about current capacity situations.
- Review and adjust production schedules in consultation with relevant departments to track progress and completion timelines.
- Assist the Planning Team in creating a long-term production strategy, considering future capacity needs.
- Provide support to the Sales staff in your designated area, addressing unresolved customer issues.
- Contribute to the development of business processes that adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to raw materials and finished goods to inform inventory management decisions.
Additional Information
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Basic Life, Vision, and Short and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to employees.
