Sales Representative for Builders and Developers

About the Position:
This Sales Representative role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. The position involves working closely with Builders and Developers in the Houston area, utilizing CRM software to track leads and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales representative responsibilities include meeting productivity and revenue targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with sellers and potential buyers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics, maintaining and growing existing partnerships, and utilizing marketing platforms to bring exposure to Builders in the area.
