Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business or marketing strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, or operations.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel skills (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.).
- Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in defining business requirements and utilizing data and metrics to derive business insights.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Marketing or Finance.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, running strategy engagements, and measuring effectiveness in the B2B space with the capacity to measure, test, learn, and iterate for optimal results.
- Track record of successfully navigating ambiguous situations.
- Experience in creating financial models to evaluate the long-term value of investments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (including structured thinking and attention to detail) with experience in communicating and presenting to senior executives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
