Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will provide direct patient care in our medical centers and play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct geriatric assessments, medical histories, and physical exams to diagnose and treat patients
- Develop and implement nursing plans of care, provide health education, and make referrals as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings, and other meetings as required
- Adhere to strict departmental goals, standards of performance, and regulatory compliance
- ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing required
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but willing to consider strong new graduates
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
