Compensation Structure:Annual earnings potential ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and current contracting documentation while managing databases, records, and financial bookkeeping.
- Assess new clients' insurance requirements, risks, objectives, existing coverage, and financial circumstances by arranging meetings for personalized consultations.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and support existing clients through various customer service functions, including appointment scheduling and addressing inquiries related to billing, coverage, eligibility, and policy details.
- Build a network of prospective clients and promote our insurance offerings through referrals, cold outreach, networking, and other marketing techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle claims for current policyholders while tracking the progress of ongoing insurance claims.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Active Life and Health insurance license is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
