Kellanova Co. is seeking a highly skilled Account Development Strategist to join its West Account Team, specifically serving the Brookshire Grocery and Brookshire Brothers market.

This role involves collaborating with key decision makers to drive business results, leveraging consumer insights to create sales solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Developing Annual Customer Plans: You will create an annual customer plan that sets objectives to support our full portfolio of brands through merchandising, promotions, pricing, new & seasonal product launches.
  • Cultivating Strategic Partnerships: As a strategic business partner, your expertise will serve to educate and develop rapport with internal and external customers, driving account-level business plans and partnerships.
  • Analyzing Business Performance: You will perform analysis of our promotions and business needs, revising future programs as necessary to drive profitable sales growth.

In this role, you will be expected to manage trade dollars within assigned budgets to drive profitability and deliver customer-specific trade plans. A strong understanding of market dynamics, forecasting results, and financial acumen are essential for success in this position.

We are looking for someone with significant account management experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, particularly in developing, presenting, and executing customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and analytical skills to interpret data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI).

Becoming part of our team comes with a competitive salary range of $111,520-$146,370, based on location, experience, and skill level. Additionally, we offer discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance.
