Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Goals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive audience and behavioral analytics.
  • Drive Analytics and Reporting: Design, build, and implement data workloads to support business use cases, including high and low volume and velocity data.
  • Implement Cloud-Based Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using cloud infrastructure and open-source technologies.
  • Work with Diverse Teams: Partner with product engineering, data science, and business stakeholder teams to deliver innovative data products and use cases.
  • Design and Implement Data Workloads: Work with industry data practitioners to design, build, and implement data workloads across various domains.
  • Implement Data Governance: Adhere to data governance policies and implementation from collection to storage and activation of data products.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in cloud-based data engineering, business analyst, or solution architect roles.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Experience in data-related infrastructure deployments using Terraform Cloud.
  • Git and Branching Strategies: Experience in using Git for version and release management with knowledge in branching strategies.
  • AWS Data and Analytics Services: Experience in using AWS Data and Analytics services such as EMR, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, Kinesis, or QuickSight.
  • Business Intelligence Platforms: Experience in implementing Business Intelligence Platforms and Tools such as Tableau, QuickSight.
  • Query Engines: Experience in utilizing query engines such as Presto on Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Marts.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills for data and analytics concepts and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Data-Related Languages: Experience in using data-related languages and frameworks such as Python, Spark, SQL, Hudi, Iceberg.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience in adhering and practicing Agile Methodology such as Scrum.
  • Master Data Management: Experience in implementing Master Data Management Best Practices and Principles.
  • Data Modeling: Understanding and design of data models following BI Best Practices such as Dimensional Modeling.
