- Assess the health needs of our guests and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to our guests and their families, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and safety.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
- CPR certification or acceptable exemption.
