Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long term care setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.

Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Ability to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
