HPC Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HPC Systems Engineer to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. As an HPC Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance computing systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers, architects, and developers to ensure our HPC solutions meet customer needs and are cost-effective.
  • Benchmark HPC systems designs on new processor architectures and compute infrastructures to characterize network and systems performance.
  • Develop performance projection models to predict application performance on future technologies.
  • Maintain relationships with partners' engineering teams and track their technology roadmap.
  • Document results in technical reports, white papers, and external blogs.
Requirements:
  • Experience with HPC systems environments and infrastructure technologies and workloads.
  • Advanced working experience with Linux, including OS internals and machine architectures for performance profiling and optimizations.
  • Experience with MPI applications, RoCE technologies, and high-performance interconnects.
  • Experience developing technical collateral, including documentation and presentations of solution architectural designs.
  • Experience with vendor management, technology partners, and collaborations across organizations and business units.
