Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Staffing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our recruitment efforts.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing and attracting qualified clinical personnel to meet our operational needs.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations or the Director of Talent Acquisition to establish recruitment priorities.

1. Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, community outreach, and networking.

2. Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in clinical roles.

3. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.

4. Prepare offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

5. Work in tandem with branch staff to assign new hires to appropriate cases.

6. Ensure all new hire documentation is completed in coordination with the People Services Specialist.

7. Provide constructive feedback to enhance recruitment strategies, including compensation and benefits analysis.

8. Stay informed about current employment legislation to mitigate legal risks and recommend procedural improvements.

9. Foster positive relationships with candidates and employees to promote a collaborative work environment.

10. Uphold confidentiality regarding all employee and company matters.

11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
