We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Alltex Staffing & Personnel. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication and welding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding with aluminum and carbon steel
  • Knowledge of various fabrication tools and methods
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and written work instructions
  • Ability to operate a tape measure, square, and angle finder
  • Knowledge of common electric and pneumatic power tools and their safe operation
  • Knowledge of common processing tools and material handling equipment related to metal fabrication
Requirements
  • Documented welding certifications
  • Two plus (2+) years of MIG/TIG welding experience
  • Ability to work in an open machine and fabrication shop production area
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50-80 lbs
Work Environment

The Fabrication Specialist will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The position requires the ability to work in temperatures and humidity that fluctuate in accordance with the season. The ideal candidate will be able to work in the elements and inclement weather conditions.
