Customer Service Representative - Nights & Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  • Promote our range of car wash packages and additional services, maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and discounts, effectively communicating them to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.

This is a part-time position for night and weekend hours. All team members receive complimentary car washes.
