Position Summary

We are seeking driven Customer Service / Administrative Support Specialists to join our team. Our Shared Service Department is responsible for the administrative intake and processing of property construction job files related to various services, including roofing, siding, gutters, and restoration projects across the nation. We value experienced, professional, and career-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere and appreciate a strong culture that recognizes and rewards quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize various CRM systems and software to manage and interact with client files.
  2. Review client-submitted projects to ensure all necessary information is accurately included.

  4. Collaborate with sales and production teams to establish clear expectations for clients throughout the construction job file process.
