Job Description

At Bank of America, we are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analytics Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the analytical, team, and client responsibilities across a targeted group of Analytical resources.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of data ecosystems and experience in managing and implementing new projects. They will also possess strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, as well as a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management concepts.

Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and refining Data related strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. The role will also involve advising on models and strategies regarding data supply chains and developing and managing data use inventory.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial services, consumer products, and/or marketing business/analytics, with experience in supervising/leading technical or complex projects and managing to an outcome. They will also have advanced expertise in Microsoft Office tools and reading query languages in SQL, SAS, and experience in Python.
