About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analytics Lead to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. As a key member of our Credit Risk Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quantitative risk models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quantitative risk models, including credit risk models and portfolio risk models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment management, finance, and technology, to enhance our analytical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and risk management teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on credit risk management and quantitative risk modeling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in credit risk management and quantitative risk modeling.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in credit risk management and quantitative risk modeling.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
