Job OpportunityBlockchain Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Lead Software Engineer to join our team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our Corporate and Investment Bank, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering cutting-edge blockchain solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

As a Blockchain Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based systems and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of blockchain-based systems and applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to design and implement blockchain solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on blockchain development.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
