Staff Blockchain Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Blockchain Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Quantum Search Partners. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and engineering efforts, working closely with our CEO to create and execute a vision for building world-class systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the product owner of our Platform and drive the end-to-end development of complex projects, designing, building, and launching features and owning iterations and follow-ups.
  • Solve challenging technical problems across the stack to develop critical customer-facing features, including the frontend, smart contract layer, and backend.
  • Stay up to date with technology trends and collaborate with others to define a long-term technical vision that incorporates current problems and anticipates future issues.
  • Engage directly with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experience.
  • Be a go-to technical resource for the engineering organization, setting engineering best practices and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Lead our team of engineers while also hiring and evolving the team as we prepare to scale through our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • Engineering Leadership: You have experience leading engineering teams and are passionate about mentoring and leading your teammates.
  • Skilled Coder: You can break down a problem and write clear, concise, and high-quality code to solve it efficiently.
  • Strong Technical Design: You can translate product requirements into a clean technical design, identifying edge cases and driving clarity on ambiguous requirements.
  • Full-Stack Engineering Knowledge: You are familiar with frontend and backend engineering fundamentals and have experience with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, or GraphQL.
  • Web3 Knowledge: You are familiar with blockchain fundamentals and have built Web3 products professionally or on your own.
  • Customer-first Mindset: You understand the customer journey and pain points, keeping the customer in mind when building product features and focusing on finding ways to deliver value.
  • Great Communicator: You can verbally communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly, writing clear design docs and documentation.
  • Startup Builder: You have a strong desire to work at an early-stage startup and take on projects from zero to one, enjoying a fast-paced environment with a rapid delivery mindset.
