Rochester Center, a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work nights and alternate weekends.



Job Summary

We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining the standards of care for the unit.



Responsibilities


  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Mentor less experienced nurses and provide clinical and career advice.
  • Establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
  • Review resident records and quality of care.
  • Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases.


Requirements


  • Must hold a valid NYS RN License.
  • 2 years of Long Term Care Experience preferred.
  • 1-year Charge Nurse experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
