About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) in support of the Air National Guard (ANG) across all 50 states and three United States territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of DDRP executives, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and policies in alignment with ANG requirements and DDRP objectives.
  • Monitor program performance, budgets, and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with ANG Headquarters and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations and serve as the primary point of contact for ANG DDRP contracts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful program outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze program data and prepare comprehensive reports for ANG leadership.
  • Stay informed on substance abuse prevention best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public health, or a related field.
  • At least one year of specialized experience in drug testing and prevention education, including knowledge of federal regulations and contract management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance abuse prevention and treatment programs, as well as experience in federal contract management.
