We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Attorney to join our legal team as an Associate In-House Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting complex contracts, as well as providing legal support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
  • Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and amend non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, purchase agreements, and terms and conditions.
  • Legal Support: Provide legal support to our business operations, including research and drafting of various legal documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist in developing and implementing human resource and business policies, as well as providing guidance on employment-related issues.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with management, team members, and customers through clear communication and professionalism.

Requirements:
