Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at CHB Enterprises LLC. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a competitive commission-based pay structure. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades, with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete remodel projects (framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck repair, roof repair, and general maintenance)
  • Perform rough and finished carpentry work including kitchen and bathroom remodels
  • Personal set of tools (maintain tools in a safe/efficient operating condition)
  • Complete work-order reports daily
  • Communicate in cordial and respectful manner with customers and project managers
  • Tech Savvy, taking pictures and ability to text or send via email
  • Multi task, do more than one job per day
  • Maintain a clean job work site and professional appearance
  • Adhere to Osha safety guidelines
  • Order and pick up materials as needed
  • Attendance - showing up every day and being on time to shop and work sites

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health, 401k, and paid time off. Drug test and background check required. CHB Enterprises LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
