Job Title: Experienced Carpenter

Career Overview:
CHB Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for completing remodel projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry work. You will also have the opportunity to work on kitchen and bathroom remodels, using your skills to deliver high-quality results.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled tradesperson who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete remodel projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry work.
* Work on kitchen and bathroom remodels, using precision finish carpentry skills to complete projects.
* Maintain a clean job site and professional appearance.
* Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
* Order and pick up materials as needed.
* Communicate effectively with customers and project managers.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades experience.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Effective oral communication and basic math skills.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
