Master Craftsman

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at CHB Enterprises LLC. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will be responsible for completing remodel projects, performing rough and finished carpentry work, and maintaining a clean job work site.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Complete remodel projects (framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck repair, roof repair, and general maintenance)
• Perform rough and finished carpentry work including kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Personal set of tools (maintain tools in a safe/efficient operating condition)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Benefits include health, 401k, and paid time off. Drug test and background check required. CHB Enterprises LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
