We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our participants, ensuring their physical and health safety in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
  • Provide restorative and supportive care to ensure the physical and health safety of participants
  • Monitor and report the health status of participants
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Perform household and homemaker services as assigned

Requirements:

  • Active and up-to-date certification in CPR
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
