We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Day Health team at Sevita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with complex medical needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support under the direction of a physician
- Assist patients with obtaining prescribed medication and monitoring their health
- Review and update patient medical records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Triage patients who are ill, injured, or experiencing behavioral issues and provide a safe environment for other patients
- Document patient care activities and complete administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- One year experience working with medically complex individuals
- Current state RN License
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance (if providing transportation to individuals receiving services)
- CPR/First Aid certification
