Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As the initial point of contact for our establishment, the ideal candidate will be professional and approachable, possessing excellent interpersonal skills. You should excel in multitasking, with strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exemplary customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with essential supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Respond to all guest inquiries and incoming calls.
- Direct phone calls to the relevant departments and take messages as needed.
- Receive and distribute all letters and packages to the correct departments.
- Manage, organize, and forward emails appropriately.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Supervise the office budget.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
