Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Controller with all aspects of ledger management, closing processes, tax submissions, and daily financial operations.
  • Engage in month-end closing activities, procedural compliance, and account reconciliations.
  • Facilitate internal controls, audits, and the preparation of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, month-end closing, ledger management, and taxation.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in the field services sector or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of business, ERP, and CRM systems, particularly QuickBooks, Customer Factor, Smart Service, etc.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Supervisory experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a CPA designation.
