Nutrition & Outreach Education Project Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Nutrition & Outreach Education Project Coordinator at Apicha Community Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative outreach strategies to promote access to healthy food options and nutrition education services in our community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition education and community outreach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs that meet the needs of diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative outreach strategies to promote access to healthy food options and nutrition education services.
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to support program goals.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to community members and organizations on nutrition-related topics.
  • Assist with program evaluation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, public health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in nutrition education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs.

Salary:** $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
