Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at our Residential Treatment Center in Eden Prairie. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring client safety and compliance with our program rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to clients in a residential treatment setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Monitor client behavior and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members
  • Participate in treatment planning and implementation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • One year of experience in a mental health/psychiatric and/or chemical dependency treatment setting
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
