We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hemodialysis Training Specialist to join our team at Concerto Renal Services.

About the Role

As a Hemodialysis Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patient care technicians receive the highest quality training and support to provide exceptional care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. You will work closely with our clinical staff to develop and implement competency-based training programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for patient care technicians
  • Design and implement competency-based training programs
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year dialysis experience
  • PCT certification by a nationally recognized board (NNCC, BONENT, CCHT-A preferred)
  • CPR instructor certification preferred; will be required within 12 months of assuming position
  • Valid drivers license with proof of insurance for your own vehicle
