Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled individual to provide support on the assembly of electrical-mechanical assemblies. The successful candidate will work under limited supervision once initial product training has been provided. Key responsibilities include managing individual programs from the time parts are issued to completion of all Assembly operations. Effective communication of work status and issues to the Supervisor in English is essential. The ability to work from detailed instructions provided on computer is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature. Follows an assembly process as provided from computer-based instructions, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts. Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, and wrenches. Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels. Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements. Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies for through-hole components and all types of cables (i.e. wire, semi-ridge & coax). Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment. Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks. Ability to work overtime as needed. Must be able to communicate work status and issues to Supervisor in English.

Requirements:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Strong mechanical background. Able to solder surface-mounted components (SMT). Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and Bills of Material. J-STD-001 certification. Uses Microsoft Office programs.

Benefits:
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $44,000 - $57,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
