Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled individual to provide support on the assembly of electrical-mechanical assemblies. The successful candidate will work under limited supervision once initial product training has been provided. Key responsibilities include managing individual programs from the time parts are issued to completion of all Assembly operations, communicating work status to various departments, and performing tasks such as soldering components, wire semi-rigid and coaxial cables, and working with adhesives and the insertion of various hardware in small to medium size antennas. The candidate must be able to follow detailed instructions provided on a computer.

Essential Functions:
1. Soldering of through-hole, semi-rigid
2. Working with semi-ridged and coaxial cables
3. Preparing and application of various adhesives by measuring material with a weight scale
4. Working with small screws and other hardware
5. Basic electrical wiring
6. Following detailed instructions on a computer

Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. The candidate must be able to interpret work instructions in English and be willing to work nights and overtime if necessary.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with all types of rivets, i.e. Cherry, Huck & pop.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $41,000 - $76,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
