Role Overview

We are building a growth team at Cyberhaven and are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate about our mission, eager to learn, and possess a spark of creativity. As an early hire, you will have a significant impact on the development of our marketing program and will collaborate with other core members on strategic decisions.

We prioritize personal growth and offer career development and mentorship opportunities to ensure the success of everyone on our team. Our San Jose office is the hub for our Bay Area operations, and we require applicants to be comfortable meeting in-person 1-2 times per week.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute outbound marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social media, display advertising, email, and direct mail, to generate tangible sales pipeline.
  2. Effectively deploy a seven-figure budget to maximize impact and return on investment.
  3. Establish frameworks for testing, attributing, and analyzing campaign data to optimize and expand successful strategies.
  4. Collaborate with other teams, including sales, product marketing, and partnerships, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • 4-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a top tech, finance, or consulting company.
  • Prior experience running traditional marketing campaigns is a plus, but not required.
  • Excel proficiency is mandatory, with SQL, Python, or equivalent proficiency strongly preferred.
  • A track record of being a top performer among peers.

Compensation Range

$150 - $200k
