Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Project Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are executed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that all projects meet their requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that all quality control measures are in place to prevent defects and errors.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget, and that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Seven or more years of structural engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license required, Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.
  • Language: English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
