Responsibilities- Develop and implement data management collection procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
- Review and provide quality control methods on products to ensure high-quality results.
- Prepare and update training materials to ensure newly assigned personnel gain a thorough understanding of key analytic tools, procedures, and methodologies.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to drive business growth and success.
- Document all changes in programs and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Validate data and implement quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs.
- Assist with grants and event coordination to support business development.
- Create budgetary controls and financial management processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize them.
- Create and implement new or revised policies and procedures to drive business success.
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth business operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis or program management.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis and program support.
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience advising senior DoD decision makers on methodologies, results, and conclusions from applied operations research.
You will need strong technical skills in areas such as:
- Statistics
- Programming languages like R or Python
- SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Data visualization
- Data cleaning and preparation
Additionally, you will need strong communication skills and problem-solving ability to succeed in this role.
