Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales Consultant to represent our agency. Our mission is to safeguard our clients and their valuable assets while fostering authentic, long-term relationships. This position involves offering a diverse range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to assisting clients in discovering the most suitable insurance options tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Generate, present, and sell suitable insurance policies to clients.
  • Achieve or surpass sales objectives and contribute to the agency's overall success.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and digital communication tools.

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Capability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred)
  • Life & Health insurance (preferred)
  • Not Licensed? We provide a reimbursement program for licensing costs after six months of employment. Please inquire for details.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
