What You'll Do:

  • Hands-On Leader: Take a hands-on approach to marketplace set-up, launches, and process documentation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize every aspect of marketplace performance, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Platform Innovator: Foster relationships with e-commerce platform partners and agencies to unlock new opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage data to enhance marketplace performance, particularly on Amazon, using your insights to boost revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management and expansion—you're a marketplace maestro.
  • Expertise in international e-commerce markets and hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
  • A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share on e-commerce platforms.
  • Mastery of e-commerce analytics, metrics, and P&Ls.
  • Strong project management skills—you're the one who gets things done.
  • Leadership skills that inspire and energize teams to reach new heights.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising, especially in the e-commerce space.
