Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at BECU. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in designing, coding, and delivering software that meets our technical and business needs.

Your responsibilities will include leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall technical roadmap of the organization. You will analyze system requirements, develop prototypes and solutions, optimize and improve code, review code for consistency, and manage production deployments.

In addition, you will participate in discussions with architects and technical leaders to define the technology roadmap and vision for the development team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Salary Range: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $110,900 - $160,300, based on location and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and employer-funded retirement plan.

Location: The position is located in various states, including WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, and SC. Remote work options are available for residents in these locations.
