We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This full-time position is available for the 2024/2025 school year in PellCity, Alabama.

Position Overview

This role involves working with children to help them overcome communication challenges and develop their speech and language skills. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing students' abilities, developing personalized therapy plans, and providing direct services in individual or group settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of improvement
  • Create engaging and effective therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings using evidence-based practices
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

This position offers a competitive salary, which we estimate to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
