Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Energy Efficiency Practice team as a Senior Market Strategy Consultant. In this role, you will provide expert knowledge for residential markets by crafting competitive and innovative solutions. Your ability to collaborate effectively with teams and your commitment to enhancing internal capabilities will be key to your success in this impactful and visible position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify suitable measures and strategies, develop budgets and pricing, and document impacts to support solution design.
- Analyze and convert consumer and market insights into client-facing materials, including blogs, conference abstracts, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Offer thought leadership in your area of expertise through innovative solutions, pilot projects, and capability improvements.
- Develop creative market solutions and capabilities to competitively scale programs in alignment with growth and client needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in delivering and designing residential programs.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently to provide comprehensive analyses in high-pressure situations.
